Being named one of the 100 Women to Know in America is an incredible honour we truly never expected. The Perception Foundation began as a small initiative after meeting our childhood friend with autism, and has since grown into a global movement dedicated to raising awareness around neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health.

We are incredibly proud of our founders, and especially Lara Hammoud-for being recognized on this list.

We can't wait to see all of these inspiring women continue to lead, build, and create meaningful change.
